I just put the web based quarantine tool we use the mimedefang-filter page.
This tool allowes the admin to list and view the mails in the quarantine as well as resend, relearn and report the mails.
We use it with the reporter that send mail with quarantine reports (containing links into the quarantine tool) to us.
